Advertising Block not displaying on Internet Explorer

Advertising Block not displaying on Internet Explorer/ I'm a newbie to Prestashop. The Advertising Block is displayed on my website when accessed through Google Chrome. However, you can not view it on Internet Explorer. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Do you have an ad-blocker like Simple Adblocker installed in your IE? It will remove the ad from your site.

No, I don't have that installed. I really just want to have a free shipping message displayed. I know nothing about coding. Is there a way I could put a small message in the header right below the actual logo? I have attached a picture of my header.

If you aren't a coder, the easiest way would be to edit your "Bangle Addict" logo and add the "Free shipping" text to it.

Thanks! I know you edit the header.tpl file but the exact position and the html tags is what confuses me. Would you hapen to know the position on the header.tpl file and an example of what the code would be for example >h/1 Free Shipping

I meant use an image editor to edit your logo and add the text to it. Adding it in header.tpl is not a simple change and requires knowledge of HTML and CSS.
