[Solved] - jqzoom showing questionmark image

I wasn't paying attention and went to regenerate the thumbnails in preference>images. Instead I deleted all of the image settings at the top of that page. I've managed to recreate the settings, I think. All of the images of old products that were in the system previous to my mistake work fine, but when creating a new product, the category and product image show up fine but the jqzoom image pops up with a questionmark image as if it's missing that thumbnail.

What thumbnail is it jqzoom looking for and what would the setting be for it in the preference>images settings?

I think it looks for the 'thickbox' size.

It took a while, but found the problem was when I was re-creating the settings I had a stray blank space at the end of the word thickbox which created thumbnails named xx-xx-thickbox .jpg and the script was looking for xx-xx-thickbox.jpg (no space) causing it to give the missing image default graphic.
