Problems with CSV uploader when uploading products with 1&1 hosting packages. Timeout during upload

I have been attempting to upload my inventory using CSV Uploads. I got to 135 products the first time before it got stuck and timed out and so i been trying to upload in smaller batches but now its not letting me do more than 40 at a time and i have thousands of products to upload in multiple lanaguages. 

 

I have prestashop 1.7.3 hosted with an unlimited 1&1 hosting package and the PrestaShop back office that i use is the hosted app version on 1&1 and i have tried multiple web browsers. 

 

Has anyone else encountered this problem and no what causes it or any work around
