[SOLVED] Upgrading / Migrating databases from test to live installations (both 1.3.2.3)

I have set up all my products and customisations on a test server and now wish to migrate it all over to live. However, when I export and import the database using phpmyadmin, the employee password will not work on the live server.
Is this because the url is somehow used in the employee password and therefore, when that password is attempted on another url it will fail? Therefore I am unable to know if the migration has worked - though the table count has changed to match the test, so I assume it has done!

Is there a simple way for me to move all the info in the databases over?
I don't want to have to export & import all 136 tables!

Have you:

1. Copied over all files from the test installation to the live server.
2. Adjusted the configuration accordingly to match the live site URL.
3. Exported and then imported the whole prestashop database.
