nothing is showing in the categories tab

hello all, somebody can tell me why i do not have my subcategories showing on the categories tab in front page?

hi john,
all the subcat i created don't show. only by the site map we can access.
it was ok but after messing a little with the group then here i am.
now group are ok and once log on we can access all but with no subcat in the categories tab it will be hard for the client.

do you have any idea?

Can you post a link to the site please.

Sounds like it could be some sort of conflict with other modules, particularly third party modules.

This problem used to be related to the template you are using. Check if the template is for the prestashop version you are using.

what is the template you are refering to?

@shopicardiacom They are actually using a modified prestashop default theme, so i suspect it was the same theme that was uploaded originally.

@seatrading. I cant see anything wrong with the coding or anything that would be conflicting with the categories block. Have you tried any other third party categories blocks to see if they work?

so the Jquerie module work well and i have my categories back, and happy

the other module don't work for me or i don't find the way to make it work

anyway my problem is solve for now.
