badger1010
Having tried the upgrade twice, it has failed at the same point with the same issue both times, the database upgrade causes an error and doesn't upgrade. One time I uninstalled all 3rd party modules, one time I disabled them but the same end result both times. After this the site cannot be accessed from BO or FO, just an error 500. An error log found in the folder /autoupg-inst-5ae098b3a5479/upgrade/ shows this line multiple times: PHP Fatal error: Cannot use PrestaShopBundle\Service\Database\Upgrade as Upgrade because the name is already in use in /home/site/public_html/wip17/src/PrestaShopBundle/Install/Install.php on line 56 Any suggestions how I can stop this happening? Is there going to be a 'proper' upgrade procedure for moving to v1.7? Thanks in advance for any help offered. racemaniac
I had similar problem, and got the message from several other users that upgrading from 1.6.1.18 to 1.7.x is not possible I now use MigrationPro: PrestaShop to PrestaShop Migration Toolhttps://addons.prestashop.com/nl/migratie-backup/8934-migrationpro-prestashop-to-prestashop-migration-tool.html It works fine. You have to do some "extra" workaround, but that's no problem
