Accessing payment after some time

Hello,

could anyone suggest me how to solve this problem: customer orders a product, but he has not enough money in his bank account, so he decides to pay later. After closing payment website, when he wants to make payment he can't find how to access payment module for ordered products. He can only see order history and 'Waiting for payment' status.

So question: How my customers can access payment if they havent payed for products at first attempt?

I don't know if this can be done the way you want, but a similar thing happend with one of my customers, and she was happy just to place the order again.

Thanks for reply, but the problem is if I have only one item left, I have to cancel order, change quantity and then yes customer can place an order again and make a payment, but what if I am not able to do this I think it would be great to have possibility to get back to payment if status is waiting for payment.

Maybe someone else knows the solution for this?
