Problem with installation PRESTASHOP

Hello,

This is the first time I will use PRESTASHOP, I downloaded the file PRESTASHOP I put everything in it on my server but nothing works, I use 1&1;and I can't find file php.ini and .htaccess.

I mean in the file PRESTASHOP I can't find the PHP.ini and .htaccess can someone please tell me how to installe prestashop on my server 1&1;.

When I put /prestashop/install nothing happens, nothing works

Besoin d'aide il me faut explication pour installer prestashop sur serveur 1&1;j'y arrive pas je trouve pas le fichier httaccess et php.ini et quand je l'ai creer ca marche pas PUTAIN lol, personne peu me dire ce que je dois faire exactement

Fichier .htaccess testé pour 1&1;

Oubliez les infos concernant l'insertion d'un php.ini inscrit dans différents postes

merci but how can I then add allow_fopen command to be used usually in the php.ini? can I just add that

allow_url_fopen=On



to my htaccess file?
