Problem of price and taxes after put in card

Hello,

After doing some research, I decided to come here to solve the problem that I encounter with my Prestashop (in production) version 1.6.1.17.

Indeed, the prices of products (with the application of taxes, shipping and VAT) is no longer the same once the shopping basket.

In terms of configuration in my administration:

• No card rules
• Taxes are activated and configured in Location> Taxes
• Tax rules activated
• Example product configuration:
  • Selling price excluding tax: 1350 €
  • Tax Rule: FR Standard Rate (20%)
  • Sales price incl. VAT (automatically calculated): 1620 €
  • Specific prices:
    • All declensions - All currencies - All countries - All groups - All clients - - 15% - Unlimited - 1
    • Shipping cost of carrier: 9,68 (FR Standard Rate 20%)

Here is a screen shot of the display once the card is set (and so, all the rest of the process, including payment and billing !!!)

 

The calculation is not at all correct, and therefore the price paid by the customer is not at all good!

 

My question, is it a known bug and (not fixed) or a configuration problem?

Hoping to get help quickly because the shop is currently under maintenance because of this concern! (applied for all products)
