Vegaanders
As I see it Prestashop has one very big problem. It seems that noone has thought of how different customers should be treated concerning the tax. Beiing a shop built in European Union this is really not good. Its one thing that you cant sell without tax to companies within Eu that has a valid VAT number. But its more alarming that you cant sell without VAT to all customers outside EU. This is the law in all EU countries. I read in another thread that it is no problem because customer can claim there tax back. Tax has to be claimed from the country where its paid and I would like to see the US customer who claims the tax back from Germany f.ex. If done, its a huge administrative task.So hopefully the PS team or some outside developer can build a module handling these very important problems

Scotty501
Maybe I misunderstand - but you can set TAX rates by Zones - so that allows you to do what you are asking - does it not?
Grishka
I'll try and see, will report my result to the community
Grishka
Ok, I tired. I set a zone with name "Company, eksl. MVA", and the customers from there need to fill in Tax ID number. Such customer sees prices without VAT, all the way, until Payment! then in Payment he sees prices incl. VAT.. why is that?
