[SOLVED] SSL cert problem - Im a newbie plz help!

I search and search and try everything a come across, but nothing works:(

Sorry about my bad english, but Ill do my best and hope you understand

Earlier this week I bought SSL cert for my domain romeoogjulie.com with and without www, Cert installed fine for my domain without www BUT http://romeoogjulie.com is redirected to login page for cpanel:O AND for www.romeoogjulie.com page wont load, nothing works, any sugg??
I asked support w hosting company, but he didnt have any answer to this

Cert is not yet installed on www.romeoogjulie.com `cause of some problems

Anyway, Shop is not loading and admin is not loading

And yes, when I installed on /butikk my shop was fine(its not working any longer), so I redirected so my customers could come to the right place, BUT even redircting is not working either
