Redirect to Login page, while going to Administration Modules and Services - cache

Using Prestashop 1.6.1.15 version casuses me some problems in administration. All admin controllers shows it's content without any problem, but when I try to go to Modules and Services -> Modules and Services in administration, there is an 302 redirect to login page. IP cookie check is switched off.

As far as I found the problem can at web server cahce, I switched off caching all data in .htaccess file placed in /admin******** folder, and it works for admin area except mentioned Modules and Services where the default server value 7200 seconds is used for caching (taken from HTTP response data).

When the cache expires, there is no problem going again to Modules and services page.

How is this possible? Is there something special about Modules and services page which causes not using admin folder placed .htaccess file?
