Editing the store front

Hi,

Sorry i am new to this shopping system and it is very good compaired to a few i've used
But right now i am having a little difficulty trying to find the info that's on the store front.
Like where do you change the information that is displayed in the center top of the store front?

Would it be easier if there was an edit box that appeared over each section of the store front
So i could just click edit and work on that section of th store info?
