In Firefox, the block is visible, but way too far to the left (you may have to use zoom or a scrollbar depending on your display). Also, the block has a small gif image (10px x 7px) which is being displayed much too large. A work-around for this is to add: style="width:10px;height:7px" to line 11 of blockviewed.tpl.Sorry I don't have a fix for the main problem, but perhaps these clues will add up to something for someone.
