Word limitation.

Any know where can we set a word limitation at short description, description and SEO Meta section and keywords?

I don't understand why you want to do this. PrestaShop already has a character limit on the short description and meta-information. Why do you need a word limit?

The short description is limited to 400 characters, the meta-title is limited to 128 characters, and the meta-description and meta-keywords and limited to 255 characters. There is no limit on the long description though.

Can we increase meta-keywords? How to did it?

It's best not to increase the character limit for meta-keywords. You should only use about 6-10 keywords.

If you must, you would need to edit the ps_product table in your database using phpMyAdmin and increase the size of the meta_keywords field there, then also modify classes/Product.php. See here.
