Customer Sign In and Sign out not working

When a customer signs in to their account and then tries to sign out, it won't do anything. It just stays on My Account page.  If you then go back to the home page, it looks as if you have successfully signed out, however if you click Sign In again, it shows My Account again.  If you click on any of the options on that page, it will then ask you to sign in.  If you then just click on Sign In without entering any information, it takes you back to My Account and shows the customer as being signed in.  

I have reset my .htaccess file and turned off and back on the friendly URL.

I am running version 1.6.1.18 with the default-bootstrap theme. The website is https://fogholloworchards.com
