rocky
On the Shipping tab, choose the "Billing according to total price" option, then go to Shipping > Price ranges and assign ranges £0-5, £5-10, £10-30, £30-60 and £60-90 to the carrier, then go back to the Shipping tab, select the carrier in the dropdown, then enter the shipping costs for each price range and zone. Make sure that the carrier has "Out-of-range behavior" set to "Apply the cost of the highest defined range", so that orders over £90 are given the £6.95 price.
