Problems with back orders and warning text

Hello folks

I can't seem enable back-order capabilities, along with warning messages, for my products.

I'm not a developer but often get great advice on here and manage to somehow trudge my way through to a result! So, I'm hoping some helpful soles can come up trumps for me again by having a look at the source code at http://www.cozibag.co.uk/21-santiago-leather-beanbag.html (I've tried to set it up under the tan brown colour - ignore where it says '3 week delivery' in the colour box as I've just set this up as a colour combination for a short-term fix).

Can anybody see why, when I select 'allow back-orders' and enter the text to be displayed, that text doesn't appear on the product page?

As always, any help will be extremely gratefully received.
