is it possible to have 2 client groups but one with and one without TVA in the same zone?

Hi guys,

small question.

is it possible what I want to do.
I have a zone Netherlands.

for all customers with TVA number I can not charge them 21% TVA.
so they must be linked to a group to show prices without TVA and I can NOT charge the TVA when they check out.

in the same zone Netherlands I have normal customers that has to pay the 21% TVA.

any solution for that?

Have you tried editing each customer group and setting the "Price display" of one to "Tax excluded" and the other to "Tax included"?

well that's just the point.

if you make one group like :
Price display = tax excluded.
then the moment this customer logs in he see all prices tax excluded, but the moment he want to pay he must pay the taxes also.

what you can do is creating a zone like Netherlands, and then when you create a carrier you can set the tax field to no taxes.
but if you have 2 types of customers like Dutch people that must pay taxes and Dutch people that can not pay taxes then you have a problem.
because the for every county you need a zone....and you can only have one carrier par zone...

if you do make two carriers for one country then the customer must select what he wants, but if a normal client takes the carrier without taxes, and he must pay taxes, then it's a big mess....
