while importing categories, images not working.

hello,

attached is my categories import file.
you can see that the links to images work,
EG:
http://webdesignfavourites.com/img/products/500x500/4OS.jpg

however when i import all the sub-categories display this in the source code,


This is a bug?
the categories import fine otherwise.

it's as if the links are not being imported and that the default image is being used instead.

but what would i know?

maybe i need to learn french?

Im not surprised more people dont have this issue,
but the product images work,...

I do not have a fix sorry, but i desperatley need one!

I have the same problem. When import categories the images is not uploaded. Anyone know how to solve the issue ?

Same here...being trying to fix it for a while. Do you have friendly URL enabled? Mine went wrong since I enabled it.

Try turning it off and see if the correct images appear - not that is a solution, but it would determine if its friendly url related or not. I have seen many threads on it - and none if them solve the problem. I think it is related to the hatccess file, providing you have done that bit correctly (im sure I have) then its the same problem as many others.

I've checked without the friendly url customized and the problem is the same. Next test should be done with a .htaccess previous at activation of friendly URL, but I don´t have this file to check because when I actvated the friendly URL it was changed.
