nelit
When selling to Slovenian customers two tax rates can apply:Full VAT rate is 20,0 %Reduced VAT rate is 8,5 % (basic food, books, etc.)When selling to EU countries VAT stays as above. If selling to business partner, the VAT number (Slovenian: Davčna številka) must be on the invoice. VAT has to be paid in most cases.
