delete selection doesn't work along with some others

Hi,

Lets say I'm on

Backoffice > Shipping > States

I select multiple states to delete, press "delete selection"
and I get a blank screen with the address changing to "/index.php?tab=AdminStates#state"
with nothing being deleted.

Also I have 120 States listed, if I click the next page ">" .. I get the same thing

Also some times if I click on "Catalog".. I get a blank screen with "/index.php?tab=AdminCatalog#catalog" in the address bar.


Any advice?

It works fine on my sites. There must be something about your server that PrestaShop doesn't like. I've heard quite a few people with problems navigating category pages on the Catalog tab.

well that's wonderful .. how would I know what the problem is so that I can fix it?

I have no idea. What are your PHP or MySQL versions? Perhaps one of those is causing the problem.

MySQL: 5.0.45

PHP: 5.2.12

That's almost the same PHP and MySQL version as me. I'm using PHP 5.2.12 and MySQL 5.0.[spam-filter]community. I'm not sure why it is working for me, but not for you.

strange .. my hostings system settings shows 5.2.12, but the server information shows 5.2.2

I opened a support ticket to bring this up to them, also asked them upgrade to latest PHP .. maybe that will fix my issues

..

I seem to be having these same problems, except when I try to delete a selection of states/zones, or to navigate to the next page of states/zones/countries, I get an internal server error. My site is hosted with ziphosting.com.au, which is a subsidiary of NetRegistry. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
