[Help Required] SEO friendly urls

Hello I was wondering if anyone knew how to make the urls more friendly

for example: www.yoursite.com/pages/
www.yoursite.com/information/

I have the friendly url enabled at the moment but it makes the pages like www.yoursite.com/8-information

PrestaShop's URLs are already friendly enough for search engines. Are you wanting to make them more user-friendly? You'd need to modify your .htaccess file and classes/Link.php to change the friendly URLs. You could change /content/ to /information/ for example. Of course, that will make it harder to upgrade in the future, since you will need to make the modification again when you upgrade.
