[SOLVED] Offer default 'address title' when registering as customer

folks, there is this field address title (if I remember correctly) which you need to fill in when registering, giving your address a 'name'. obviously, this is to tell more than 1 address apart, e.g. home or office.

I figured that this field causes irritation as to what to fill in here. so, as a preliminary workaround I added '(e.g. home or office)' to the translation of the field description. next would be, however, that I already provide a default name like 'home' as this is what people would probabyl start with.

any idea how I can set the default/prefilled field content to e.g. 'home'?

Go to Tools > Translations > Front Office translations, scroll down to the "prestashop - authentication" section and enter "Home" as the translation for "My address". Do the same in the "prestashop - address" section.

You are right, there is already a default text in the field. sorry, somehow missed that...
