paypal and checkout question

Hi its me the annoying bloke again. just a quick couple of questions.

When i go through all the options to uy something when i get to the choose payment option there is nothing there to show.
i have set up my paypal to do it and uploaded the image. etc etc, but nothing shows.

Also when asked to click terms and conditions the box comes up but half of the info is hidden (see atached file)
