So I test with search and using search term: "Home text editor" - I get lot of topics with the same problem.So I make copy of one them:You have to set permisions to CHMOD 777 (writable) on directory /modules/editorial/ and then on editorial.php, editorial.tpl, editorial.xml and then it should be working.
