Moving “Add to cart” and Increasing “Customized” field

Hi!
I’m new to Prestashop and not much of a coder. I’m a designer who took a fancy to Prestashop. It’s a pretty nifty tool!
My questions…
Is it possible to Move the “Add to Cart” below “Product Customization”?
I would like to End-users type in the message before “Adding to Cart”.
Is this possible?

Also is it possible to Increase “Height and Width” of the Text Field accommodate more Text? End-users will be writing a description that could be anywhere between 300-500 letters.

You may want to use a textarea for that (300 characters don't really fit well in a textbox).

I have 2 modules / Mods on my shop that allow that, and also do not require the "Save" button
