rickcors18
DearStill discovering Prestashop ;-) And have the following problem:Test URL:http://www.hdhost.be/flash/product.php?id_product=2I have 3 products in store for example, the only different is the size (par example: shoes) So , like to see a product, with a quantity of 3, and you can choose out one of the 3 sizes. The problem is the quantity updating I think: every size I have only 1 piece. Can anybody give me some "instructions" how to add this at the right way? Thanks!! rocky
Do you want one quantity for each size of show or one quantity whichever size of chosen? PrestaShop only supports the one quantity for each size. The easiest way is to use the "Product combinations generator" on the "3. Combinations" tab to generate all the sizes, then edit each one to change its quantity.
Mallee Boy
Rocky,Regarding Combinations. I sell chess pieces and boards. I sell them separately, but also together. If I have 10 blue boards (as a product) and I want them to also belong to a combination with a set of pieces, how can I get the chess boards in both product/combinations to reduce in quantity when a sale comes in?So, a customer comes in and buys a blue chess board. In the "blue chess board" product page, the quantity is now 9, but on the "chess piece" product page - which has the option of adding a "blue chess board" by means of the combination which i created, the "blue chess board" quantity is not affected. It would still say "10" boards available. Is there a work around for this so that i could have my ten chess boards sold across a range of chess pieces and the quantity go down across all places where the chess board can be added?
