salesfromisrael
Hello everyone. I am a complete web programming novice. I am having three problems:1. I have been using CSV to import products and categories. That works. But import isn't working for my photos. Do they need to be on my server or can I link to anywhere on the internet? What am I missing? GD Library is installed, etc.2. The right column of my site disappears at random intervals, including the Zopim block.3. I now have a note at the bottom of my shop that says "Code corrupted. Insert fresh copy"Thank you for your help and have a pleasant weekend!!!Nofia
salesfromisrael
I reinstalled Prestashop. That took care of the code issue. Still need help with uploading photos, please.
rocky
You should upload all the images to a directory on your server, then use the full URL to the image in the CSV file.
salesfromisrael
OK. i put up test products which took an hour to finally even get them to show up after reloading csv files some 10 times. Now, the Category block has completely disappeared in both firefox and Safari! And the prices rewrote themselves from $100 to weird numbers.jerusalemspicespace.com
rocky
It looks like you overwrote the Home category, which is causing problems displaying categories. Make sure that in your categories CSV, there is an ID 1 "Home" category, then start your categories from ID 2.I can't see anything wrong with your prices. Can you be more specific?
