How can I transfer database from OScommerce to Prestashop?

I am currenty using OScommerce and keeping a lot of member account information, like email, login name and password.
But, I am trying to adopt Prestashop as a new shopping cart system. One of my major concern is data stored in database.
I am a new user of either OScommerce and Prestashop, any guideline mentioning my concern?

May be more accurate, how to preform migration, just the catalog and customer information.

I used Cart2Cart to move a osc CRE Loaded site to prestashop and it worked great, def worth the money, 50 bucks in my case
