resolution problem

Hi all

I am a little stuck on what to do to sort my resolution out.

i am designing my web page on a 33 ich LCD monitor and i have it set to 1360x768 but when i check it on a notebook there resolution is only able to go to 1024x600 and my web page is not in the centre of the screen.

I have given my web page a width of 1180px is there anything i can do so it works good for 32 ich LCD viewing has well as notrbooks?

any help on this is much Appreciated

Unless you are happy with having the customer scroll horizontally, your only solution is to reduce the width of your theme so that it fits on 1024x768 resolutions. That's the resolution that the default PrestaShop theme is optimised for. It has a 980px width.

where will I change the width for the Theme? will it be in the Css file?

It's not so easily unfortunately. You could decrease the width of the #page in global.css, but then your centre column won't be big enough for its content. It would require lots of adjustments to your design.
