{Solved}Modules not installing or updating 1.7.3

Argh... I think I have a bigger problem now. I cannot get any module to upgrade or install since upgrading to 1.7.3. I have tried to go back to 1.7.2 in the meantime but this gives me a 500 server error. In the admin information tab it says to fix following errors which is resorting back to the same translation issue I had before. 

Translation not found.

If anyone knows a work around It would be appreciated.

After a little more searching, I've come t
o find this seems to be the root of the error, but I don't know what to change the coding to...

Figured out that this was a hosting problem with a zip file. Also the  Memcache had to be set up with server in cache back office. Cache is not just a "all files" anymore and we must choose and set up.
