<follow up> tag in Order mail

Hi!
When I send a order mail to the customers who made an order there is a follow up tag included, what is that tag and how do I remove/activate/fix it?

Found this in th html file for the mail and I know who to remove it but what's the function of it?

I think its used to display the tracking URL of the order that was entered when the status was changed to "Shipped".
