Olof.Sweden
Hello,I'm going to use paypal to recieve creditcard payments but when I make a "test purchase" in my shop and choose to pay with paypal I do not get sent directly to the site where I can write in my card info. Instead I get sent to a site where I can login to a paypal account OR choose to click on a small button that leads me to the site where I can write card info. Is this the only way to have it? Or can I somehow change it so my customers get sent directly to the site where they put in their card details? Thanks in advance!
Olof.Sweden
Someone must use paypal with prestashop? And can you confirm that your customers get sent to a paypal page where they click continue, and then come to the page where they enter their card info? Or to they come directly to the paypal page where they write in their info?
Paul C
The current module directs people to the paypal payment page where they can log in and pay by paypal. In your paypal sellers account profile, you can select an option to allow users without paypal accounts to pay directly by credit card though. You'll find this option under Profile-->Website Payment Preferences scroll down and you'll see a section headed with "PayPal Account Optional" and set this option to On.Paul
Olof.Sweden
Okey. But when a customer chooses to pay with paypal in my shop, they get sent to a page where they can either login OR press a small button to pay without an account. Since most of my customers dont have an paypal account I would like them to be moved from my shop directly to the cardpay-site. But this is not possible then? Paul C
No, you would need to look into web payments pro, which isn't currently available.Paul
Olof.Sweden
Okey, thank you. Is there any other payment module available for prestashop, which can process payments in different countries? (Sweden in particular). Thanks in advance, again
