Looking for own payment methods

I am looking for a way or module for own payment methods so imagine you choose 
a method on the web shop then you will get an email from that method about how you can 
fulfill the payment for example with PaySafeCard, you choose paysafecard and you will receive an email that you have to 
enter the code send. But the other modules have to stay so if you choose paypal he has to refer to paypal and is it only 
for example paySafecard so
