How do i stop say Countries ordering buy to much weight.

e.g

I sell 1 ltr water liquids wich are to heavy to send to people over side of the UK.

How do i stop people ordering any thing over 1.1 Kg from over the world except the UK.

this is causing me problems.

Create a weight range from 0-1.1kg for the non-UK carrier, then edit the carrier and change the "Out-of-range behavior" to "Disable carrier". This should make it so whenever a non-UK customer tries to order more than 1.1kg, there will be no carrier available for them to select.
