Cache problem in the back office: data won't refresh on manufacturers

Somehow i have noticed some strange behaviour in my back office admin pages,

sometimes, datas won't refresh

When adding a manufacturer, it wouldn't appear in the select tab of manufacturers when editing a product.

So my guess was that this is a cache problem.

Login out and login back in wouldnt' fix the problem.
So what I did was to empty my navigator cache and cookies, then data would be refreshed.

Someone having same issues?
