Prestashop Webservice allow me to insert data into custom created columns in database

Hello,
First of all just wanna say that I don't know if this is the appropriate place to send this question so if necessary, please move it.

Now what I wanna know:
I'm building a synchronizer between Prestashop and a billing software, they're completly different softwares and I've got no way of identifying the ID of the product in the billing software as the same in Prestashop.

So, is it possible to the WebService allow me to insert data in a custom column I created myself in the database to make it possible to identify the products in both softwares ? 
Is it possible to make Prestashop Webservice able to allow submiting custom ID's ?

Any other solution you think of to make this possible ?
