[SOLVED] When products disappear!

I added one product (through the duplicate function) filled out all the details and saved. Lo and behold it doesn't exist in the back office but it does in the front office. Any others have been ok, but not this one. and I can find it anywhere in the BO. It says on the FO exactly wher it should be - but it isn't there.

Anyone any ideas?

Basically although the product was stated on the front office as being in a particular category - it wasn't. The only thing to do is search through all the categories manually and try and find it. Mine was in an obscure place that I hadn't added any products to yet. But finally found it at least.
