jdmorrisn
When I have sub categories, on the page of the main category it will state ' there are no products' but obviously there are - there are sub categories directly below this. How can i remove this text? For example, I click on 'Womenswear' and it will show a list of sub categories, but this 'no products' text is right above them.Perhaps there is another way, but I found in translations and just put a space instead. lopetzi
Prestashop doesn't automatically display the products in subcategories. When you add a product you must tick the checkbox for both the current category and the parent category for it to be displayed in both. jdmorrisn
Thanks for your answer. I solved this though. Perhaps you missed my point - I do not have products in the category (only in the sub categories) but it states I don't have any products - but obviously in all the sub categories, you can see all products. All I did was in the translations I made a space in the text field (deleting the text didn't work) and now it works as I want. Thanks.
curtdonohue
I had the same problem and created a video that shows how to solve this by modifying translations. You can find the video at http://www.prestashoptraining.com/11-remove-text-there-are-no-products.html. Hope that helps.
