Nellybeans Posted October 23, 2010 Share Posted October 23, 2010 Our website (currently using ZenCart) is for machine embroidery designs. each design is available in 8 different machine embroidery formats and the customer when they purchase the design needs to select the format for their embroidery machine. when I was viewing the back end demo it seemed to only allow one download for a downloadable product, but we need to download 8. Also, if the customer fails to make a selection, does the customer get an error message? We love this product enough to pay money for it so I am looking for some help. Thanks for your time. Truemedia Posted October 23, 2010 Share Posted October 23, 2010 I was gunna make a module for multiple formats of downloads for my store at some point far in the future, but if your wanting to look into this now and want to get it made as soon as possible we could come to an agreement.A lot of people who want to hire me keep breaking communication and annoyingly never seem to get back to me, so just as long as you don't do that it could be a quick 2 week project. Currently many of our designs come in two different sizes (4x4 and 5x7) and with zencart we have to actually create two identical products with the same pictures (which.looks lame). We would like to have one product and the customer then selects which hoop size they need and for that hoop size they select which machine format they need (1 of 8). Let's see what we can work out.
