Dear all,

Question 1:
I am developing a webshop for people who want to sell newspapers via my webshop. The only thing is that the amount of editions (amount of products) has to be a minimum of 1000.

Question 2:
If the client wants more then 1000 copies, the client has to choose from different set amounts, e.g.: 2500, 3000 or 5000.

You could use attributes to do this. Create an attribute group called "Quantity" with attributes "1000", "2500", "3000" and "5000", then go to the "3. Combinations" tab of the product editor, click the "Product combinations generator", then add the quantites to the product, enter the prices of each quantity in the price impacts, then click Generate, then "Back to product".
