Paypal2.0 Is there English version of Integral Evolution instruction?

I am setting Paypal 2.0 module.

in "Logos and personalizations" tab, Template chosen for PayPal Integral Evolution: part
there is a link=Click here to learn how to customize these template

when i click, it is in French language.

Is there English version for this? Or anyone tell me how to configure this module?

Another paypal problem is that if customer billing address has Empty state, then paypal will return error.

How can add all states to all countries?
Or how can delete the option that paypal accept empty state address?

I will suggest you install the google translate plugin for firefox then you will understand the french manual.

According to Bruno, PayPal Integral Evolution is dedicated to the French market only. That's why there is only French documentation. You should not be using it on non-French sites.
