However Prestashop does not give me the ability to specify the author of a book but only its title. I could only manage to include the author as a feature, which is not what I want. If you want to be able to search by author, I suggest that you could also store the authors as tags, then modify the tags block to list authors in a similiar way to the manufacturer block. I want that solution as I am already using Tags for my authors, can you please tell me the steps on how to converts the tags Module to drop down like manufacturers.
