grpprod
Hi,I accidentally removed all the available tabs from the admin user. I have tried to restore the config in ps_access, ps_tab, ps_employee. However I still can't see the tabs. It seems they are active though (I can for example add a new product when selecting from the quick access.I would appreciate some help. Thank you

grpprod
Thank you,I have tried this but it still does not make the tab bar appear.
rocky
That can happen when an employee doesn't have a profile. Make sure that the employee you are logging in as has the administrator profile linked to it. You could also trying clearly your cookies.
grpprod
And how exactly is the administrator profile linked to an employee? My employee has profile_id 1. I just see the ps_profile table, which has only one entry (profile ID 1). ps_access gives full access to all tabs to profile_id 1. Is there more to be done? rocky
If id_profile 1 has access to all the tabs and your employee's id_profile is 1, then you should be able to see all the tabs. I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't.
grpprod
OK I have included some shots in case I am not seeing something. In any case could you provide me of some way to restore this (perhaps from source) without losing my catalog and stuff?
rocky
Looks fine to me. Try switching to English. Perhaps you are missing translations for that language.
grpprod
No luck. What exactly is being emptied when someone removes all tabs from himself? Is there a chance that something else is altered as well outside the DB? (eg a config file)
grpprod
You can also see that the employee can use administration. It's just the tab bar that is lost. See shot (I added a product from quick access):
rocky
That's what makes me think it is actually translations that is the problem. If you can access the tabs, but they aren't being displayed, then it is likely that PrestaShop couldn't load the translations for the tabs. Check to make sure that the tab translations exist the ps_tab_lang table.
grpprod
I did as you suggested and it solved the problem. Thank you.
