Images Not Showing

Hi,

I've started to add products to my site, but when I upload an image, nothing shows up on the customers side.
For example, when I upload something, the file location (according to PS) is http://www.example.co.uk/img/p/10-52.jpg but there's nothing there when I go in to back office.

I have hundreds of products, and surely I can't be expected to upload everything, do it again in FTP, and change all my image names?

Is there any error message when you upload images? So the images aren't displaying in either the Back Office or the Front Office? If it was just the Front Office, I would say it is a friendly URL issue, but if it is Back Office too, I'm not sure why it isn't working.
