No order in back end after paypal purchase.

Live shop, orders are coming in but there is nothing showing in the admin panel, only way I know is the email from paypal informing me of payment received, need to get this sorted extremely quickly so HELP.

Message from one customer states it returned him to the shop and his basket was still there.

I have similar problem before. I received order payment successfully, but order didn't show up at Back Office.
The problem was caused by some changes on IPN behavior at Paypal side. You can get some more information FROM HERE.

I also find a way to recover the order from customer shopping cart. But you need to do some code changes. For more detail, you can LOOK AT HERE
