How do i upgrade to 1.3.2?

hi there, i currently have prestashop 1.3.1 but looking to upgrade.
I bought a new website skin so still require all of this to stay the same but how do i go about updating to the new 1.3.2?

The simpliest way is to follow the wiki http://www.prestashop.com/wiki/Installing_And_Updating_PrestaShop_Software/

I have done it via this and it works as a charm - just MAKE SURE to have backup of everything before. Youll also find a lot of valuable information if you look around here

i need to upgrade as im still on 1.3.1 but im afraid of losing all what i have done to the site :/

anyone know if the auto update modules are actually error free? i have 2 much money invested in to my site and can't afford losing my site to a bad module.
