Where is the order comment field filled at "Shipping method" step in the prestashop database?

Hi! I'm looking for the field in the prestashop database with the customer's comment of his order, that writes at "Shipping method" step.

Screenshot:

I need to retrieve that comment for an php application, but i can't find it in the database, where is that table/column?

It creates 2 records in table ps_message and ps_customer_message
