move prestashop to localhost - an error

Hi everybody!

I've installed on my Linux Mint Xampp with php 7.0. I've configured my router so I can see the default page from other devices with other ips.

I've copied into a specific folder, every file of prestashop (I've imported the database) and from my computer, I see it very good.

But If I try to see it from my smartphone (or other devices), I see this error: "Connection refused by localhost". I haven't this error if I try to see the default page of Xampp.

What I'm wrong?

you host your website on "localhost" (this is what you type in the browser address bar when you trying to view the page from computer - there, where it works?)  ?

what URL do you use when browsing from your smartphone?
